We are a small team at Mitranic LLP. Like you, we are tired of apps that treat our personal moments as data to be farmed. When we built Evah, we decided to do things differently.
Our Business Model is Simple: We make money when you have a great time—by booking a Vendor or buying a gift. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers as a revenue stream.

1. Information You Provide to Us
We believe in data minimization. We only ask for info that is absolutely necessary to create your account, plan your event, or deliver your order.
A. Account & Identity
Mobile Number: Verified via OTP for real human verification. Full Name: So friends know who’s inviting them.
B. Event Details
Event Metadata: Title, Date, Time, and Description. Location (Manual): We store the address you type.
C. Marketplace & Transactions
Shipping Address: Strictly for deliveries. Payment: We use secure partners like Cashfree; we don't store card numbers.
2. Permissions & Technical Data

Terms of Service

A Note from the Founders:
These Terms are the legal contract between you and Evah. We have tried to write them in plain English. By using Evah, you agree to these terms.
1. Who Can Use Evah (Eligibility)
⚠️ STRICTLY 18+ POLICY
Evah involves financial transactions and liability. Therefore, access is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older.

No Minors: We do not allow minors to create accounts.

Parental Responsibility: If you allow your child to use your device, you are responsible.
2. The Marketplace (How It Works)
Evah is an "Intermediary". We connect you with independent Vendors.
- The Contract: Is strictly between You and the Vendor.
- Responsibility: The Vendor is solely responsible for quality and delivery.
3. User Content & Smart Banners 🎨
You own your memories. However, by uploading content to Evah, you grant us a license to display it for your event. To keep the vibe right, we use OpenAI and internal algorithms exclusively for generating Event Banners, ensuring they stay event-focused and safe. Please note: we do not use AI to scan or moderate your personal photos; however, we reserve the right to manually remove any content that violates our community standards or tips our vibe-meter into the red.
4. Code of Conduct (Zero Tolerance)
We ensure Evah remains safe for everyone. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

5. Account Deletion 🔒
You are in control of your presence on Evah. If you ever wish to part ways, you can delete your account directly within the app: Profile > Settings Icon (Top Right) > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove your personal data as per our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as we evolve. Continued use of Evah after updates constitutes acceptance of the new vibe.

GST & Compliance
You're responsible for your own GST. We handle TCS deductions as per Indian law. Valid FSSAI/GST licenses are a must for vendors.

Payouts
Settlements are usually processed on a T+3 cycle after a successful event or delivery via Cashfree.
1. The "No-No" List (Prohibited Items) 🚫
To keep the party safe and legal, you cannot sell or provide services related to the following on Evah. Anything outside of "Event Related Products & Services" is strictly banned.
❌ Dangerous Goods
Arms, ammunition, fireworks, or anything that can cause harm.
❌ Controlled Substances
Narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or banned substances.
❌ Alcohol & Tobacco
Alcoholic beverages, e-cigarettes, or tobacco products.
❌ Counterfeits
Unauthorized replicas or fake brand imitations.
❌ Obscene Material
Anything that fails our decency test or contains explicit content.
❌ Regulated Items
Prescription drugs, old currencies, or wildlife products.
Selling restricted items will lead to immediate delisting and potential reporting to law enforcement.
2. Legal Metrology Compliance 📏
As per Indian Law (Legal Metrology Act, 2009), all automated or manual listings must provide:
- Generic Name of the Product
- Manufacturer/Packer/Importer Details
- Country of Origin (Mandatory)
- Net Quantity & Weight/Volume
- Best Before/Expiry Date (Perishables)
- Maximum Retail Price (MRP)
- Dimensions (where relevant)
Vendors are solely responsible for ensures accurate information on their catalogs.

- Nudity or Sexual Content.

- Illegal Activities or Spam.
